BCR-48 coaxial epi-illuminator is specifically designed for stereomicroscopes and monocular microscopes. It creatively integrates a coaxial illuminator with an LED ring light, supporting three lighting modes: coaxial illumination only, LED ring light only, and simultaneous operation of both.

The coaxial illuminator emits collimated light onto the sample in a direction aligned with the microscope’s optical axis. In this mode, scratches, cracks, foreign particles, dents, and other defects that do not produce specular reflection are clearly detectable. With a wide illumination area, it is ideal for the large field of view required by stereo microscopes. The collimated, uniform light ensures sharp, high-contrast microscopic images.

The standard-equipped LED ring light can be easily and securely attached to the bottom of the coaxial epi-illuminator via magnets, requiring no additional wiring. It can be freely attached or detached based on application needs, and its brightness is adjustable through the same control unit. By operating the controller, the brightness of the coaxial epi-illuminator and the ring light can be independently controlled, allowing for switchable observation modes.
