1.Automatic frame hovering and angle control
Utilizing clutch control technology, the frame achieves automatic hovering at any angle upon releasing the button. The frame supports a rotation angle range from -90° to 90°, enabling panoramic observation without tilting the sample. Built-in high-precision angle sensors ensure precise and reliable rotation angles.

The controller contains various shortcut keys, enabling efficient and quick control of the microscope body and software.

Motorized stage
There are 2 modes of stage movement, providing fast and smooth operation experience.
In rotation priority mode, the stage has a small movement range but can achieve ±90 ° rotation angles. It is equipped with built-in angle sensors so that even when rotating, the platform can still move in the direction seen in the image.
In travel priority mode, the stage movement range expands larger to meet the observation needs of larger samples.

Anti-ring refections
This function can prevent excessive reflection in some images caused by ring light and the lack of detail resulting from reflection. Click the button, and the annular reflection on the surface of the sample disappears, presenting a clear image free from reflective interference.


HDR function
When capturing samples with significant differences in light and dark, the HDR function can precisely reconstruct parts with relatively limited color gradation, achieving high-precision and high-contrast image.


Map navigation system
With the navigation system, you can quickly and accurately locate the area you want to observe at any magnification, and it can be used in combination with the rotation of the stage or the switching of the light source. Just follow these steps and you can instantly complete real-time navigation synthesis:
The XY direction movement of the stage – The stage automatically moves to the clicked position on the navigation screen.
Moving the objective in the Z direction – obtain the data of the depth part required for full-frame focusing.
Deep synthesis – Generate full-frame focused images.

Image Stitching
Seamlessly stitch multiple images to create a perfect visual experience. Click the image stitching button to automatically stitch the image. The stitched image can be used as a navigation map, with a maximum image stitching size of 100,000*100,000 pixels.

It can move the stage and take pictures while obtaining 3D data, achieving large-scale 3D image stitching.




Saving and reporting
Powerful scene reproduction feature enables you to accurately reproduce the shooting conditions of the images. The reporting function helps you easily generate professional and accurate reports. No need for manual data organization and formatting, just click to generate complete report content. The auto-generate report function supports custom templates and styles, meeting your various needs.

8.Measurement function
It offers a variety of measurement and analysis functions, including 2D measurement, 3D measurement, etc. By integrating self-developed intelligent measurement technology with edge recognition algorithms, human errors can be avoided. The unique cross-field measurement can quickly complete the three-axis dimension measurement without splicing, significantly saving time. 2D measurement

Cross-field rapid measurement
When observing at high magnification, traditional methods require extensive dimensional measurements on stitched images, which not only consume time but also inaccuracies due to stitching errors.
BSDM-500 offers a solution for large-scale dimensional measurements, eliminating the cumbersome steps of conventional methods. Users can easily specify two points across the field of view, enabling quick and accurate measurement of the distance between these two points.

Intelligent planar measurement
In order to solve the measurement errors caused by traditional manual selection of measurement points, the BSDM-500 integrates advanced edge grayscale recognition. Users only need to select the area to be measured, and the software automatically identifies feature positions and measures feature geometry information. This not only ensures measurement consistency between different operators but also avoids errors caused by manual operations, thus improving measurement accuracy and efficiency.


Particle counting and analysis
Combining intelligent algorithms with grayscale recognition technology, automatically separate overlapping objects, and quickly count the particle area and quantity in the target area.

There are low-magnification zoom lens and universal zoom lens, equipped with different magnifications and illumination methods. Featuring a simultaneous focus design, it easily enables clear and precise observation of various samples from macroscopic to microscopic levels.

It integrates multiple observation modes such as bright field, dark field, polarizing and DIC to meet various observation samples.
High-resolution zoom lens
20X-7500X automatic zoom lens. Continuous observation from 20X to 7500X can be achieved without changing the lens. The magnification can be switched smoothly and quickly via the mouse or controller.


Plan APO objectives
The objectives are specially designed for high-resolution image systems, simultaneously achieving 4K high-resolution and a large depth of field. The self-designed telecentric optical path can minimize perspective errors to the greatest extent and ensure accurate measurement.
