Wide Spectral Response & High Imaging Quality

GMAX0505 monochrome (Mono) image sensor, featuring a spectral response that extends from the visible range to the near-infrared region (400–900 nm), while maintaining higher quantum efficiency (QE) across the entire spectrum. As shown in the spectral response curve, the monochrome version delivers higher sensitivity and a wider response bandwidth compared with the individual R/G/B channels of the color version. This makes the monochrome camera ideal for industrial inspection, medical imaging, UAV inspection, and low-light environments, offering superior image quality and enhanced detail capture.

In contrast, the color version uses independent red, green, and blue channels to achieve accurate color reproduction. It can clearly distinguish fine ground-level details, vegetation conditions, material differences, traffic markings, and other features, making it suitable for mapping, visual recognition, agricultural monitoring, and any application requiring precise color information.
